Ordering Your Machine - It's simple!

Select how you want to proceed. Do you want to buy a machine for just yourself (customer) or do you also want to get referrals - or even paid to share this with others (thus becoming a distributor)?

1. Down the order form

For just customers choose the order form ending in C,  and for those wanting referrals select the order form ending in R.

2. Print and fill out the form

Then choose your machine, method of payment and shipping address. 

3. Scan & email, or Post the form
